Kay is a PhD student in the Mirvac School of Sustainable Development at Bond University (Australia). She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Newcastle (Australia). Her research interests include the knowledge-based economy, regional policy, entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized businesses.
